The European Champion 2Y0 Colt, Pinatubo starred on the track with his seven wins - including three at Gr.1 level from just ten starts - and now the imposing bay is doing the job at stud with three stakes winners from his debut crop.
Currently sitting second in the UK Second Season Sire chart, Pinatubo is attracting plenty of attention down under with his first yearlings selling for up to $700,000.
This fellow is the first foal for an imported winning daughter of the great stallion Invincible Spirit (dam sire of 62 stakes winners including seven Gr.1 horses) and the Gr.3 winner Harasiya whose grandson Big Rock earned the titles of European, French and GB Champion 3Y0.
Harasiya is the daughter another high class race and broodmare in Hazariya, Gr.3 winning dam of four stakes winners including the Epsom & Irish Derby hero Harzand.
This colt boasts an exciting cross of Eljazzi - the fourth dam of Pinatubo and the grandam of Invincible Spirit - as well as of another couple of outstanding mares Somethingroyal, Special and Natalma.
